HPPは、生命を脅かす全身性の遺伝性代謝性疾患です1,8
HPPの病理
HPPは、組織非特異型アルカリフォスファターゼ(TNSALP)をコードするALPL遺伝子が変異し、ALP活性が低下することが原因で発症します1,9,10
HPPの重篤な症状は、年齢を問わず発症します1
HPPは、骨格系や様々な臓器に影響があらわれ、衰弱性または生命を脅かす症状が引き起こされます1-7
